To all my loyal visitors,
You deserve an explanation as to why the site has been dead over the last month. I recently accepted a full time teaching position…real life has called and now I must answer!
I will be teaching 2nd graders, and I must admit, I’m beyond excited. I have spent the last month readying my classroom and writing tons of lesson plans.
The amazingly loyal Idolette will be taking over management of EmmyRossum.net. I know the site will be in good hands and that she will take care of it for me. I will be popping in from time to time, but consider Idolette the “head honcho” from here on out!

Congrats on the new job! I taught 2nd grade all last year (working with a new age group this year) so if you need any lesson plans I’ve got a ton, and if you ever need advice or anything else DM me on twitter (@franny82) or email me. It’s a fun age group- difficult at times- but fun!
