How has the show changed the perception of you as an actor?
People who watch the show think you must be like that character. A lot of people probably think I’m a dirty ho, but I’m not. The show has done only great things for me and my career.
If the woman singing on your album was a character, how would you describe her?
I would call her Emmanuelle, which is my real name and what my mom called me as a kid. She’s a 1940s starlet trying to break through, with a heart of gold but a tough exterior. I made the record with my own money. I was just going to release it online, then I got all this interest from Warner Bros., so we released it together. It’s the best of both worlds. I made it with a bunch of my friends. We rehearsed it in a garage then went into a big fancy studio and recorded the whole thing in three days. (READ MORE)

She looks lovely in her soft blue dress. Even out shopping in jeans she still looks cute. Very sweet to the paps too.

I have the SELF magazine,where she is on the cover. There are two other big pictures of Emmy inside. She looks lovely. The make-up is nice and one photo is in bra and shorts (green and white).

Didn’t find the CD in stores today but bought Beautiful Creatures the novel to read before the movie. Shameless has a fourth season, YAY FOR SHAMELESS AND EMMY!
