As promised, I’ve added some photos to the gallery of our girl at tonight’s award show! I hope you all love Emmy’s look as much as I do. She wore a gorgeous Carolina Herrara gown, which I think is one of Emmy’s best looks to date. Images are still slowly trickling in, so I will add more as I find them. DARNIT, learned too late, my bad and missed Emmy. Cheers for Ben Affleck and Argo. But I am so proud and happy for our girl.

I really liked this look too, Kait. It reminded me of the poem by Lord Byron:
She walks in beauty, like the night
Of cloudless climes and starry skies,
And all that’s best of dark and bright
Meets in her aspect and her eyes;
Thus mellowed to that tender light
Which Heaven to gaudy day denies.
I’ll spare you the rest of the poem but I will say that her already prodigious talent has really developed and matured since Phantom and that I think 2013 will be a great year for her.
